Position overview

The Pre-sales Consultant plays a pivotal role in our sales and solutions team, working closely with potential clients to identify their requirements and propose tailored digital solutions that address their unique business needs.

Key responsibilities

Client requirement analysis

  1. Meet with potential clients to gather their business requirements and understand their pain points.
  2. Analyse and diagnose existing processes to identify areas of improvement and optimisation.

Solution demonstration

  1. Present tailored demonstrations of the Weaver platform and solutions to potential clients based on their specific requirements.
  2. Highlight the features and benefits of the proposed Weaver solution in line with the client’s strategic objectives.

Proposal development

  1. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create detailed solution proposals.
  2. Ensure that all client requirements are addressed and that the proposed solution is in line with best practices.

Product knowledge learning

  1. Stay updated with the latest BPM/ERP/collaboration products, technologies, and methodologies.
  2. Undergo regular training and certification as required by Weaver HQ.

Client relationship management

Feedback and collaboration

  1. Provide feedback to the product development and technical teams based on client interactions.
  2. Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.

Documentation

  1. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, proposals, and feedback.
  2. Document best practices and case studies to support sales and marketing efforts.

Market intelligence

  1. Monitor competitors and stay informed about market trends.
  2. Provide input to the sales and marketing teams regarding competitive positioning and market differentiation.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in presales, consulting, or a similar role within the domain.
  3. In-depth knowledge of BPM/ERP/RPA and associated methodologies.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  7. Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and BPM software.
  8. Flexibility to travel as required by business needs.
